Gender Infinity is a volunteer-operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
What unites us is our passion for bringing about meaningful, enduring change one individual at a time, and ensuring that vulnerable and isolated members of our community are seen and supported.
Andrea Segovia
Executive Director
Andrea Segovia is a 4th generation Latinx Texan who identifies as Bisexual and a part of the disability community. She received her BA in political science from the university of Houston in 2015. She has done work in cross issue organizing, directing campaigns, and coalition building across Texas. Andrea now works in two capacities, one as the executive director for Gender Infinity, an organization dedicated to creating affirming spaces for trans youth. She also is the policy/field coordinator for the Transgender Education Network of Texas, the largest statewide trans led, trans focused organization in the state. She also was a National Leaders Council fellow in 2019 for the Houston chapter.

Kelsey Reynolds
Kelsey resides in Houston, TX with their fiancée and three fur babies. Kelsey is a Licensed Master Social Worker whose focus lies in LGBTQ+ equality, the epidemic of homelessness, and racial equality. Kelsey is a proud Non-Binary, queer individual, who believes in living and achieving social justice through empathy, connectedness, and activism.

Debra Denny
Debra Denny
As a proud member of the LGBTQ community, Debra is a strong advocate and longtime supporter of local and national organizations promoting equality and change for our community; Human Rights Campaign, The Montrose Center, Victory Fund and Transgender Education Network of Texas, to name a few. Debra is married to Shelley Kennedy, and together they have raised four thriving adults, the youngest of which came out as nonbinary years ago. As a family, they have witnessed firsthand the bias and lack of education surrounding gender identity.
A Financial Advisor and a business owner, Debra is thrilled to work with the Gender Infinity board to promote the organizations’ message to the children, youth, families, providers, and allies in Houston.

Nathan Dorcey A. Johnson
Nathan Dorcey A. Johnson
A UH alum, now working for Baylor College of Medicine in adolescent HIV research. His involvement with Gender Infinity began as a volunteer at the 2015 conference. Since, his passion has been all things youth, organizing the Family Gatherings, youth conference programming, and helping with the camp. As a native Houstonian, he is honored to be able to continue serving the trans community that raised him. Nathan promises to carry his blackness, transness, and neurodiversity with him while serving on the Gender Infinity Board and all future work that he does.

Arielle Aranzamendez
Arielle Aranzamendez
A Licensed Masters Social Worker that has worked in community advocacy and local politics with a focus on Asian American Pacific Islander outreach since 2017. Arielle has helped develop & organize community outreach panels, town halls with state and local officials, leadership & organizing training programs for youth and adults, large & small fundraisers, and local film festivals. They enjoy art and music in their free time.
